Pharmacy Service Technician
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacy Service Technician to fill an opening with a prestigious Pharmacy company in the Minneapolis Central City area.
 
Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead Pre-Implementation and Troubleshooting: Support and lead pre-implementation mediation loading, troubleshoot automated dispensing units, and escalate issues to Tier II as needed, ensuring compliance with pharmacy operations SOPs.

  • Routine Maintenance and Documentation: Conduct weekly maintenance on automated dispensing units, document service events and activities using the ticket tracking system, and maintain environmental specifications.

  • Inventory Management and Compliance: Monitor inventory, conduct medical cart audits, remove expired medications, reorder supplies, and ensure automated dispensing units meet facility expectations.

  • Training and Customer Service: Train staff on the use of automated dispensing units, provide excellent customer service to facility personnel, and participate in nursing meetings to address and resolve issues.

 Required Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy Technician Licensure
  • Experience with dispensing machines
  • Pharmacy experience

Shift: Daytime hours, flexible

Pay Details: $18-$21 per hour
