Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable Insulation Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installing various insulation materials (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, etc.) in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to improve energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install Insulation: Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas using various materials.
  • Preparation: Measure, cut, and fit insulation accurately.
  • Safety: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Sealing: Seal gaps and seams for maximum efficiency.
  • Worksite Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior insulation or construction experience is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
  • License: Valid driver's license.
