This is a full-time role where you can make a meaningful impact on students' communication and academic success.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will assess and treat speech, language, and communication challenges to help students achieve their goals. You will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to provide tailored interventions that support each students unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify and diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress reports, and IEP documentation.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for student support.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure to practice as an SLP in New York.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset.
