ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Granby, CO, close to the 80477 area. This full-time position offers the possibility of working across multiple locations including Fraser, Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, and Walden, providing you with a dynamic and varied work environment.

Position: COTA-Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Location: Granby, CO
Term: 2024/2025 School Year

Details:

  • Role: Full-time
  • Possibility of Multiple Locations/Travel: Fraser, Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, Walden
  • General Duties: Assist in implementing occupational therapy plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans as directed.
  • Help students develop functional skills to enhance their independence and participation in educational activities.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists to facilitate optimal student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development.

Requirements:

  • COTA certification
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed (Fraser, Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, Walden)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
