This role will be based in the financial services industry and requires a high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail. As a Credit Analyst, you will be tasked with handling customer credit applications, maintaining precise records, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer credit applications

• Regularly maintain and update customer credit records

• Address customer inquiries concerning their credit applications and accounts

• Consistently monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status

• Employ Accounting Software Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the management and analysis of customer accounts

• Utilize skills in Cash Flow Analysis and Collection Processes for effective credit management

• Leverage CRM systems for managing customer relationships and interactions

• Demonstrate knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) in managing customer accounts

• Use the 3M system and ADP - Financial Services for various financial operations.• Proficiency in 3M is required.
• Must be familiar with Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Proficiency in CRM is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Must have experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Demonstrated skills in Cash Flow Analysis are necessary.
• Familiarity with Collection Processes is required.
• Expertise in Credit is a must.
• Experience with Credit Application is necessary.
