Clinical Pharmacist- Torrance, CA

Soliant is seeking experienced inpatient pharmacists for long-term contracts in the Los Angeles area. This role provides a unique opportunity for pharmacists to gain valuable experience and potentially transition to a permanent role within the county system, known for petitive pay, excellent benefits, pension options, and extensive career growth.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; flexibility required to cover a mix of first and second shifts, with occasional third shifts as needed.
- Type: Long-term contract with potential for temp-to-hire; permanent conversion may take between 6 months to 2+ years due to county processes.
- On-Site Interview Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality inpatient pharmacy services, including order verification, dosing, patient consultations, and medication therapy management.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and optimized therapeutic outes.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: PGY1 residency or 2+ years of recent inpatient experience is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Valid California Pharmacist license.
- Strong clinical skills and mitment to high standards in patient care.
