Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $23 an hour

What's the Job?

  • Provide world-class quality technical support to manufacturing areas and product launch activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System and accepted manufacturing practices.
  • Conduct visual inspections and provide measurement and testing support for quality issues.
  • Communicate organized data and test results in a timely manner.
  • Support process problem-solving and failure analysis for production and engineering.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in manufacturing, preferably in an automotive assembly environment.
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Ability to collect and analyze data from different sources.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
