ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor for a school district in Sherman, TX This position would be ideal if you are looking to pick up extra hours orbuild experience as a new graduate Job details are listed below:

  • Part-time; 17-18hours/weekly
  • K-12caseload
  • Onsite
  • Duties consist of the following:
    • Report writing

    • Plan and provide counseling services to special education students who demonstrate an educational need

      Evaluate students and provide therapeutic interventions to eliminate or reduce problems or impairments that interfere with students ability to derive benefit from the educational program

    • IEP processing
    • Case management
    • Crisis intervention
    • Consult with families and multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
  • Active TX Professional Counselor license
  • Previous school experience is preferred but not required
