Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Position
Location: Racine, WI

VocoVision is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals with communication disorders, speech impairments, and language delays. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by helping them develop effective communication skills and address their challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services remotely through video conferencing platforms.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, research, and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an SLP.
  • Proficiency in using telepractice platforms and technology for remote therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
