Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Insurance Litigation
- Barred in NY, in Good Standing
- Strong Writing, Communications and Research
- Discovery experience, LexisNexis, West Law experience
- Experience advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, Compliance
Duties:
- Conduct depositions.
- Develop litigation strategies.
- Draft litigation papers.
- Manage cases independently.
- Perform investigations.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Report to insurance carriers and other clients.
- Summarize medical document review.
