Job Requirements:

  • CMM/Micro-Vu Proficiency: Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Micro-Vu systems is highly desirable, demonstrating an ability to conduct precise measurements and inspections.
  • Standard Measuring Equipment Expertise: Proficient in utilizing a range of standard measuring instruments, including comparators, micrometers, and gauges, to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Engineering Drawing Interpretation: Strong capability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to identify potential issues and implement effective troubleshooting strategies.
  • Detailed Inspection Documentation: Ability to document inspection results meticulously, providing clear and comprehensive reports that contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • ASQ Certification: Certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) is a plus, reflecting a commitment to professional development and quality standards.
  • Medical Device Industry Experience: Familiarity with the medical device sector is an advantage, showcasing an understanding of industry-specific regulations and quality assurance protocols.
  • Extensive Quality Inspection Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quality Inspector, demonstrating a strong track record of ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications.
