Job Overview:

Are you a certified BCBA eager to make a difference? Were looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position offers you the chance to work directly with students, teachers, and families to support positive behavioral changes and help students succeed.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 32-37 hours per week
  • School Year: 2024/2025

What Youll Do:

  • Behavior Plans: Assess students' needs and create behavior intervention plans to help them thrive.
  • Support Students: Work closely with students, providing direct interventions to address behavioral challenges.
  • Train Staff: Teach and guide teachers and staff on how to effectively manage and support student behavior.
  • Track Progress: Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure theyre on the right path.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills: Ability to create and adjust behavior plans, communicate clearly, and work well with others.
  • Passion: A strong desire to help children succeed.
