Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Formulation Technician to join their team. As a Formulation Technician, you will be part of the Media Process team supporting the manufacturing of dehydrated and liquid cell culture media. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

Job Title: Formulation Technician - Days

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $20/hour

What's the Job?

  • Manufacture dehydrated and liquid cell culture media
  • Weigh microgram to kilograms quantities of individual raw materials
  • Operate milling equipment and perform sterile filtration
  • Perform standard product testing, such as osmolality, pH and turbidity
  • Follow GMP and department procedures

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a high-paced laboratory environment or manufacturing facility
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble various equipment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both individually and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with departmental work schedules including overtime
