Soliant is seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-Time School Psychologist to join the educational team in San Antonio, TX. This role is vital for enhancing student achievement and promoting mental well-being within the school district. As a School Psychologist, you will work with a diverse population of K-12 students, providing services such as psychological assessments, interventions, and counseling.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment for students who need psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and provide insights on students' behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges.
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Implement interventions and strategies that address the academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
  • Offer counseling and crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Serve as a resource to school personnel on mental health, behavior management, and student support services.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology.
  • Active Texas certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP).
  • Previous experience in a K-12 setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and munication skills.
