Process Technician

We are looking for a highly proactive Process Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM. This role involves managing mold changeovers and processing in the plant, ensuring quality standards are met, and troubleshooting machinery as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform mold changeovers and processing in the plant.
- Conduct 1-2 setups per day using an overhead crane.
- Set up the mold, start the process, and set up end of arm tooling.
- Set up robots (Denso, Kawasaki) without programming them.
- Run the first part and perform quality checks to align with quality documentation.
- Troubleshoot machines and work closely with the quality department.
- Conduct visual inspections on the first part run-off.
- Document all quality paperwork and send parts to the quality department.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Process Technician.
- 1-2 years of experience changing plastic injection molds.
- 2 years of experience setting up robots.
- 1-2 years of experience using quality-checking tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Experience as an overhead crane operator.
- Formal training, education, or certification in a relevant field (preferred).
