Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Counterperson. This role involves order taking and processing, as well as counter sales. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer orders into the order management system, ensuring correct product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
• Double-check order details to minimize errors and avoid costly mistakes.
• Confirm order details with customers, providing order numbers and estimated delivery times.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Work with the warehouse or logistics team to expedite orders when necessary.
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge or experience with fasteners and power tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
