We are seeking skilled CNC Operators and Programmers to join our talent pipeline. This position involves setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to manufacture parts and components in alignment with precise specifications. Ideal candidates will have strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in programming CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machinery (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders) to produce components as per specifications.
  • Program CNC machines using software such as Mastercam, G-code, or equivalent.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.
  • Perform regular quality checks to confirm product compliance with standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document work progress, material usage, and machine performance accurately.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or diploma in CNC programming or machining preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator or Programmer.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming languages and software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens, G-code).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure high-quality production.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
