At AMC Deer Valley, we are a well-established AAHA accredited, 2 doctor small animal hospital, founded in 2001 with a strong desire to provide high quality and compassionate care to the pets of our community. With a focus on delivering high quality patient care and client service, we offer progressive medicine, innovative ideas, and above and beyond client service. Each pet receives the personalized care they deserve, and we prioritize their wellbeing.
We welcome both experienced DVMs and new graduates to apply. Our DVM team is experienced, collaborative, and they truly enjoy mentoring and growing the skills of others.

- Generous base salary ranging from 120k-150k based on experience plus monthly production potential with opportunity to maximize compensation.

ABOUT OUR HOSPITAL:
- We are highly focused on delivering the best quality medicine whether that is for a wellness visit, preventative care, or a sick or injured patient.

- Ultrasound and ECG
- Ellman Radiosurgery
- Complete in-house laboratory, as well as Idexx referral lab
- Dedicated surgical suite with State of the art Sevo/Propofol anesthetic protocol

- Bair Hugger and Water Blanket for patient warmth
- We encourage and support the cultivation of doctors’ special veterinary interests and passions.
- Extensive in-house Pharmacy with all the latest therapies available including 0.5ml vaccines

Skills and Basic Qualifications
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or related degree from an accredited university
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed
- Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Makes decisions confidently and effectively and manages time and tasks appropriately
- Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
- Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth

The Glendale/Peoria area is a fast growing suburb in the Phoenix area.
