Seeking an experienced Program Planning & Scheduling Specialist to provide support in planning and scheduling to meet mission requirements and ensure the development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Critical Path Methodology and its application in schedule network development and analysis
- Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
- Experience in schedule control processes, including proposal development, audits, and project management integration
- Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development and Statement of Work review
- Advise Program Management team on potential contractual impacts or critical events affecting delivery or cost
- Ensure communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Develop and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required
- Collaborate with various functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working independently across technical teams to develop a basic understanding of technical products
- Experience with Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling requirements
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
Pay Details: $90.00 to $130.00 per hour
