Sunbelt is actively seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our esteemed team and contribute to our overarching mission of empowering individuals and their families through evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and craft individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and efficacy.
  • Collect and analyze data to gauge progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
  • Remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy.
