Head Baker/Pastry Chef Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing a team
• Managing food and labor goals
• Creating weekly schedules
• Production of our specialty and custom cakes, cupcakes, bars, and cookies

 

Head Baker/Pastry Chef Qualifications:

• 3-5 years management experience
• Culinary degree preferred
• Experience in a high-production bakery
• Hands-on leadership qualities not afraid to be in the trenches
• Positive coach, mentor, and developer of people
• Be able to work a 50-hour-a-week schedule
