We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for client service. Qualifications and Duties include :
- Supervising Medicaid Applications, Guardianship complaints
- Drafting plans, EP documents
- Manage all phases of Estate administration
- Attending client meetings
- Manage client communication
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person
- Marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients.
- Developing relationships with community partners
- Drafting court submissions and attendance in court
- Handling estate litigation, guardianship contests, and fair hearing matters
Required Experience:
- 2-3 years Estate Planning and Elder law experience
- NJ Bar required, PA Bar preferred; Book of business is a plus
- Litigation experience preferred
Salary:
- Commensurate with experience
