Job Description:

As a General Office Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining office organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is proactive, reliable, and ready to take on new challenges. Your primary duties will include administrative tasks, customer support, and general office management.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls

Managing and organizing office supplies

Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, etc.)

Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed

Supporting the team with various administrative tasks

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus (not required)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior office experience is a bonus
