Regional Hotel Sales Director – Extended Stay Sector

Location: Charlotte, NC (Travel 75% within NC)

Compensation: Up to $80,000 base salary + 20% bonus potential ($94K total compensation.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts to grow revenue and market share across multiple properties.
  • Analyze STR reports and other market data to understand competitive positioning.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and guide strategic sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a sales database to track leads, pricing strategies, and progress.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to create and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality experience is required (no exceptions).
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the extended-stay hotel sector strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in Corporate, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, or Medical sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
