Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is excited to offer a full-time contract position for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a school near El Cerrito, California. This role is available immediately and will continue through the end of the current school year, providing a fantastic opportunity to support students and collaborate with a dynamic team.
Position Details:
- Location: On-site at a school near El Cerrito, CA
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Duration: Contract through the end of the school year in June
- Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Behavior Management: Assist teachers in implementing behavior management strategies for students with challenging behaviors.
- Supervision: Oversee and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their work with students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and execute individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Assessment: Conduct behavioral assessments and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must hold an active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience: Prior experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong background in behavior analysis, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
