Job Description
- Operate and maintain manual tooling machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses.
- Use precision measurement tools (mics, calipers, gauges) to ensure parts meet exact specifications and tolerances.
- Write and edit CNC programs to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for machining operations. Set up machines and adjust controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
- Work with materials such as Steel H-13, P-20, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Smaller team but laid-back environment. Only want candidates eager to learn different skills as outlined in the job description. Team size is about 30 at this location. Work hours are 1st shift 6 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, with preferred but flexible Saturday hours from 5 am - 12 pm. Expect 45-55 hours consistently.
