Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive training plans across multiple operational teams while ensuring alignment with organizational strategies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Loan IQ systems and Automated Financial Systems (AFS), as well as a proven ability to deliver impactful training programs in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross-functional partners to develop and execute training plans tailored to operational needs.
Create and implement training strategies across diverse operational teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and processes.
Conduct in-person training sessions within the United States as needed, requiring travel.
Provide expert-level training on Loan IQ systems, with a strong emphasis on bilateral loans.
Leverage prior training experience to achieve measurable results in employee skill development and operational efficiency.
Apply basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategies to enhance training delivery and effectiveness.
Utilize experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) to provide targeted training to relevant teams.
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand environment by effectively managing and reprioritizing multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with the Loan IQ system, particularly in the context of bilateral loans.
Proficiency with Automated Financial Systems (AFS).
Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs with proven success in measurable outcomes.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a high-pressure environment.
Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. as required.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with organizational processes and strategic planning to support effective training initiatives.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership to meet training goals.
