Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate School Paraprofessional to join our team in Seaside, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. The Paraprofessional will provide essential support to teachers and help facilitate a positive learning environment for students. This role is crucial in assisting students with their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing instructional activities and lesson plans.
• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, promoting a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with classroom management.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (AA degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
