Location: Quarryville, PA
Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $150,000-$275,000
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Guarantee: Minimum of $750 per day
- Production Pay: 30-35% collections
- Out-of-State Relocation Bonus: $5,000

About Our Practice:
Dr. Leibold is a dedicated dentist with over 36 years of experience. His practice has been a trusted part of the community, delivering personalized, high-quality care to generations of patients. Dr. Leibold and his team are committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, equipped with six modern operatories and state-of-the-art technology—including digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, 3D scanners, and laser systems. Their services include Invisalign and digital dentures, allowing them to meet diverse patient needs with precision and comfort. Their team of nine, including two experienced hygienists, and five EFDA’s, are united by a strong commitment to exceptional patient care in a warm, collaborative, and low-drama work environment. Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone eager to put down roots and build a future with the practice. This ideal associate:
- Has excellent skills in crown prep, implant restoration, bridges, veneers, and is comfortable with molar root canals.
- Brings an open mind and a willingness to learn.
- Is confident, compassionate, and a good listener with a great sense of humor.
- Will make patients feel comfortable and valued.
Technology and Tools
They have three scanners (they do Invisalign), intraoral cameras, digital pan, digital X-rays, and state-of-the-art sterilization, laser decay finder, oral cancer diagnostic tool. Our practice has a fully digitized patient and office management software, so no paper charts
