About the Role:
Soliant Education is seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Randolph area for the 2024-2025 school year. This position will involve working with middle and high school students, providing essential support to enhance their behavioral and academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective implementation of BIPs in the classroom.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions based on data.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements:

  • Valid BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with middle and high school students with behavioral needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and support staff.
  • Must pass a background check and meet any additional state or district requirements.
