- Outpatient only (primary care) full-scope with a variety acute care, chronic care and procedures
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri (no nights, no weekends)
- Patient load is about 10 a day NO RVUs or volume based bonuses; quality metric bonuses only
- Great benefits including health care, $15,000 sign-on bonus, disability insurance, malpractice insurance
- 25 vacation days, 9 holidays (total 34 days paid-time-off)
- J-1 and H-1B visas welcome
Compensation: $250,000 guaranteed base salary with $70,000 bonus based on quality metrics physicians are supported to meet.
