Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift operates from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the 2nd shift runs from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM. These positions are Monday through Friday, with Fridays not always requiring a full shift. As a Warehouse Worker, you will keep machines and lines stocked with materials, wrap products for staging or shipment, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment. Additionally, you will carry a walkie talkie throughout your shift to communicate effectively and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Keep machines and lines stocked with materials.
  • Wrap product to stage or put on trailer.
  • Carry provided walkie talkie throughout the entire shift.
  • Identify and correct any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Follow safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in warehouse operations, production, and general labor.
  • Skills in packaging, order picking, and material handling.
  • Forklift and hilo operation experience.
  • Proficiency in packing and inventory management.
  • Ability to use RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively, 50 lbs. occasionally, and 100 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to work in a labor-intensive position.
  • Capacity to follow directions and work well in a team.
  • Skill in interpreting and translating job specifications for production machinery.
  • Prior forklift experience is required.

This role offers competitive pay with a starting rate of $18 per hour for both shifts. You will be eligible for a pay raise to $19.50 per hour after being hired directly, which can occur after just a few weeks. Work Environment

The work environment consists of shifts operating Monday through Friday, with 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM. Fridays are not always a full shift. The job involves physical activity and adherence to safety regulations.
