In search of a responsive, detail-oriented, and organized Executive/Legal Assistant to General Counsel of a wonderful corporation As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the operations running smoothly. This role is fully remote and will support GC who is based in Southern California. Applicants must be located in Southern California OR Denver, CO.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the General Counsel’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, including legal research, legal draft documents, memos, presentations and corporation's meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the corporation to ensure alignment of company procedures.
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
  • Respond to calls, emails and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of legal language, procedures and corporate governance.
  • Exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Trustworthy, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, paralegal certificate or similar legal support background will be considered an advantage.
