Location: Baltimore, MD Area

Job Type: Full-time, School Setting

About Us: We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area. Our organization provides high-quality speech and language services to students in a supportive educational environment. We have multiple openings for the uping school year and offer petitive salaries and professional development opportunities.

Position Summary: As an SLP or SLPA, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and munication disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals.
  • Provide training to teachers and staff on munication strategies.

Qualifications:

For SLPs:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure in Maryland.
  • CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
  • School setting experience preferred.

For SLPAs:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in SLPA program.
  • Valid state licensure in Maryland.
  • Experience in educational settings preferred.
