Job Description
  • Help unload incoming shipments to supply production operation. Heavy lifting up to 50lbs. Lifting, unloading, and stacking
  • Following production specifications as product moves through process to ensure quality of end product.
  • Assisting in various areas of production. Operating various food production machinery.
  • Handling, weighing, measuring, and storing raw materials/ dry ingredients.
  • Perform operator adjustments, observe settings and adjust controls as needed in order to maintain prescribed operating conditions for specific products.
  • Follow all SOPs according to company specifications to ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Understand and follow the Good Manufacturing Practices and all other company regulations and safety practices.
  • Maintain production records, including production data, such as weight and amount of product processed, down time, type of product, and time of processing.
