Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and reconcile accounts in EUR and USD using our proprietary ERP and QuickBooks
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
• Handle data entry tasks into our company's proprietary database
• Perform monthly expense accruals and provide support during month-end close
• Manage and reconcile corporate credit card expenses
• Facilitate client and vendor follow-ups and account reconciliations
• Maintain W9 file and manage yearly 1099 filing
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operation.
Skills:
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Experience in accrual-based accounting and GL Reconciliation.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with billing processes
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
