Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs.
  • Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into speech and language needs.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Massachusettsstate license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 32.5 hours per week.
  • The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.
