What You’ll DoMaster the Systems:

  • Monitor BAS platforms like JCI, Siemens, and Honeywell to keep systems running within perfect parameters.

  • Respond to alarms swiftly, following clear protocols to protect equipment, personnel, and research.

  • Optimize energy efficiency and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.

Own the Workflow:

  • Log work orders into the CMMS system with precision and detail.

  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to address and resolve system issues efficiently.

  • Review trends and reports to sharpen your skills and enhance system performance.

Lead with Safety and Precision:

  • Document all activities in detailed logs, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Manage “change control” by overseeing system updates and maintaining compliance.

  • Support HVAC supervisors and BAS technicians during commissioning, troubleshooting, and startup processes.

What You BringYour Expertise:

  • High school diploma required; trade school certification or degree preferred.

  • Strong understanding of building automation systems (Siemens, Honeywell, JCI).

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and controls in industrial/commercial settings.

  • Familiarity with system architecture, from head ends to local controllers.

Your Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.

  • Clear, effective communication skills—verbal and written.

  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple alarms simultaneously.

  • A quick learner ready to adapt to new systems and concepts.

Pay Details: 54.47 per hour
