Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient High Reach Operator for our 3rd shift. The primary responsibility will be operating stand-up forklifts to pick orders, working mainly with Crown forklifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to meet order quotas while maintaining a high level of productivity. Though the main duty involves forklift operation, there will be times when tasks need to be performed manually.

Responsibilities
  • Operate stand-up forklifts to pick orders efficiently.
  • Meet supervisor-set order quotas.
  • Perform manual tasks when not operating the forklift.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of Crown forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
  • Stand-up forklift operation experience (6 months to 1 year preferred).
  • Experience with Crown forklifts is ideal.
  • Ability to meet order quotas efficiently.
  • Proficiency in order picking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with receiving is beneficial.
  • Confidence in stand-up forklift abilities to pass the FLO test during the interview.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
