Job Description

Must have 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, specifically working on a TC-30 with Fagor controls. Experience with either Milacron Controls or Fagor controls is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust controls on CNC Machines according to engineering specifications, production drawings, and procedures.
• Check work in process to ensure adherence to quality and production standards.
• Utilize micrometers, calipers, bore gages, and other inspection tools.
• Change settings for various production runs.
• Obtain and return work supplies from the tool crib as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment operating conditions.
• Use hand tools as required.
• Deburr parts as part of completing production work.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience on CNC Machines.
• Experience with troubleshooting, mechanical skills, blueprints, CNC, mills, and G&M codes.
• Experience with setup and editing programs using Fagor or Fanuc controls.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
