Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter in Charlestown, IN for a contract role. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for distribution and production hourly roles, have proficiency in using iCIMS, and experience managing staffing agency relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your recruiting expertise in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for distribution and production hourly positions.

  • Utilize iCIMS to manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies.

  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

  • Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and support the onboarding process.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports in iCIMS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on distribution and production hourly roles.

  • Proficiency with iCIMS (strongly preferred) or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Strong experience in managing relationships with staffing agencies.

  • Demonstrated sourcing and networking skills to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.\

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
