Join Our Team as a Certified School Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Location: Norco, California
Position Type: Full-time
Caseload: K-12 Students
Compensation: Starting at $35/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with our head occupational therapist to conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students needing occupational therapy services.
  • Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and implement interventions designed to boost students' functional abilities.
  • Document progress meticulously and communicate effectively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure every student gets the support they need.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field preferred.
  • Licensure: State certification or licensure for school-based occupational therapy assistance.
  • Skills: Proficient in a variety of therapy techniques tailored for children.
  • Experience: Prior work with students of diverse needs and abilities is a plus.
