Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in the machinery manufacturing industry, based in Georgetown, Texas. In this role, you will be involved in multiple aspects of sales administration, including order entry, invoicing, and customer relationship management.Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle the processing of new customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Confirm and update order details, such as prices, discounts, and components, prior to entry into Epicor.
• Establish and maintain detail-oriented relationships with distributors and end-users through telephone and email communication.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering department to address any product or technical inquiries.
• Prepare and send out sales confirmation paperwork and final customer invoices.
• Regularly update sales records and customer details.
• Undertake folder audits, invoicing, and SOX audit requirements at quarter and year-end.
• Provide customers with invoice authorization forms for approval before invoicing and confirm receipt of final invoices via email or USPS.
• Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and execute on-site and off-site sales functions and events.
• Use knowledge of industrial equipment associated with the products to enhance customer service.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with Aderant software is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Costpoint software.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficient with About Time software.
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
• Proven skills in Auditing.
• Practical knowledge of Billing Functions.
