We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to wire control panels for custom large presses from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and mechanical installations.

Responsibilities
  • Take blueprints, schematics, or diagrams and wire control panels for large presses.
  • Adjust wire routes and work with engineers to update prints when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot throughout the build process using a volt meter to ensure correct wiring.
  • Perform mechanical installations.
  • Work with 24V-480V electrical systems, nothing higher.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical experience with 24V-480V 3 phase systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and diagrams.
  • Skill in pulling and routing wires.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with machine component installation.
  • Mechanical repairs and installations, specifically with hydraulics and pneumatics.

This position is for the 2nd shift, working from 3PM-1:20AM, Monday-Thursday. There is not much overtime currently. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit.
