Sunbelt Staffing is excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Broad Ripple, Indiana. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing therapy services to help students overcome communication challenges. Key Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, addressing articulation, language delays, fluency disorders, and other communication challenges.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that are tailored to each students needs.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and communicate updates to parents and school staff.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure therapy goals align with academic objectives.
Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Indiana SLP License
    • Previous experience working with children (preferred, but not required)

  • Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload effectively
    • Passionate about helping students improve their speech and language skills for academic success
