THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME 40/HRS A WEEK & IN PERSON

Insight Global is looking for people to join one of our top clients during the Open Enrollment Period to assist them with insurance verification, updating patient records, and handling patient customer service calls.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare, or insurance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software programs

Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve any enrollment problems or discrepancies.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Keep up with changes in enrollment procedures or regulations.
  • Answer patient phone calls regarding insurance questions
  • Update patient charts with new insurance information

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
