Are you a hard-working individual with a passion for supporting student success and well-being? ProCare Therapy is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join one of our trusted school districts situated in the vibrant comjmunity of Higganum, CT. As a Paraprofessional in this role, youll work closely with teachers to provide additional support and guidance for students with diverse learning and behavioralneeds in a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Job Description
- Full time
- M-F
- Openings K-12 (will be allowed to select age preference upon interview)
- Interviewing ASAP
- In-person position only
- ASAP start - end of school year
- The ideal candidate will have school or clinic experience listed and highlighted on their resume

Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- School or Clinic experience
- Comfortable with toileting, feeding, and lifting if asked to do so
- Experience working with disabilities and behaviors is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Pass a drug test and a background check
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
