Job Description

Our candidates will be working in a temperature-controlled facility on an assembly line. They will rotate through one of five positions to ensure variety and prevent fatigue. The primary focus of this role is maintaining high attention to detail and working at a consistent pace.

Responsibilities
  • Seat Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the bus seat
  • Back Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the back rest of the bus seat
  • Vinyl - putting the vinyl covering over the seats and back rest
  • Assembly - using hand tools to attach the backs of the seat to the base
  • Boxing - team lift packing the bus seats to be shipped to customers
Essential Skills
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to stand on feet for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
  • Attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working with hand tools
  • Experience working in automotive assembly

Work Environment

This role operates in a temperature-controlled facility. The first shift is from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. There are no current openings for the second shift or weekend shift. Perfect attendance during the weekend shift is rewarded with an $80 bonus.

Pay: $16/HR

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.40
