We are seeking a Production System Operator for a local production facility The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety practices. This role involves operating computer-controlled production systems, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Pay: $18 an hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) with mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Duties:

  • Operate and monitor a computer-controlled production system to process raw materials.
  • Coordinate with material handlers and heavy equipment operators to ensure continuous material flow.
  • Perform machine adjustments to meet quality and production standards.
  • Conduct quality checks, including weighing and volume assessments.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including sweeping and maintaining clear walkways and workspaces.
  • Complete production documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with maintenance personnel to report any issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in dusty and variable environmental conditions (hot, cold, rainy).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
