CNC Supervisor

Paying $72,800.00 - $79,040.00

Location - Oak Grove, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Workflow management and coordination.
  • Troubleshooting setups for new product runs.
  • Light code editing as needed.
  • Set up and operation of CNC and manual mills/lathes as needed.
  • First article inspections.
  • Quality print reading/inspection.
  • Use of mostly carbon and tool steel.
  • Also use of aluminum, stainless, some bronze, and some plastic.

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal conflict resolution.
  • Real-time feedback.
  • Production coordination.

Environment/ Shift:

  • Small family-owned fabrication shop.
  • Day shift: 5:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
